Liana is the Executive Director of Glemco. She’s the oldest daughter of Michael Davenport and worked by his side for 20 years, learning and growing along with the company. As a small family business, it was necessary for her to contribute to the growth in many different ways; this broad, hands on education enabled her to acquire a depth of knowledge of the business that can only be possessed by someone who quite literally grew up in a machine shop.

Liana achieved leadership of the business in 2009 and assumed ownership of the business in 2016. She’s proud to continue to build on the strong foundation of moral, professional and creative excellence that defines Glemco, ensuring that we remain dedicated to the success of the people and the companies with which we work.
