Ion Implantation Consumables and Maintenance Parts, Repairs, and Support for Semiconductor Process Equipment Supporting Axcelis®, Applied Materials®, Aviza® / Watkins Johnson®, Delatech®, LAM / Novellus® & Varian® Wafer Process Equipment
Our product line covers the entire beamline, from source to wafer handling, for a broad range of equipment models going back 40 years. We are specialists in the materials used in the ion implantation process: nickel and nickel alloys such as hastalloy, monel and Inconel, engineered plastics such as PEEK, Torlon, Vespel, Ultem and Semitron ESD 410C, hard, durable graphite grades that are ultra purified to reduce the formation of particles during process, refractory metals such as tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, and specialty materials like Boron nitride and other ceramics. Please read more about Glemco and our product line of ion implantation consumables, here.
Glemco specializes in materials used specifically in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing parts for the entire beam line: end station, electron scanning, magnetic quadrapole, ion acceleration, mass analyzer, Magnet Chamber, filament cathode, and ion source. We have an extensive line of graphite product for the beamline, source, electrodes, extraction asemblies, faraday and post Accel. We manufacture parts for plasma etch equipment chambers, like gas trench covers for CVD and HDP equipment. We manufacture assemblies for APCVD like the nitrogen shield and spider tubes. We can provide new or repair/refurbish assemblies like Source Assemblies and Vaporizers, Manipulator Assemblies Electrode Assemblies for the implanter, the Pneumatic Actuator for KLA-SEM, IVAs for APCVD, the RF Coil Assembly and the RF Cone assembly for the Resonator, or moving clip assemblies for AMAT end stations.

Global Impacts of the U.S. Semiconductor Industry
The U.S. is to credit for the creation of the semiconductor, but in today’s world, everything from healthcare technology to cell phones to cars are impacted by the industry. Many technological advancements and economic growth can be linked to the semiconductor industry. The industry touches everything from cars to planes to healthcare technology. The growth of the semiconductor industry provides new opportunities overall for economic growth and the growth of other industries. Glemco supports this growth with their own line of ion implantation consumables.
There are many sub-sections in the semiconductor industry, like consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, medical, and communication. As technology advances, so do the opportunities available to people worldwide. Currently, there is a great demand for 5G, which has undeniably forced the industry to grow, adapt, and produce at incredible rates. The semiconductor industry is still growing exponentially, and demand will continue to grow and technology will continue to reach new levels.
