Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted via e-mail or fax.  Volume pricing is available.  All quotes are valid for 60 days.

Shipping Information:

• Orders for in stock items are processed, packaged, and shipped within one business day.  Expedited freight is available for rush items.

• All orders are F.O.B. Leander Texas .  Freight charges are pre-paid and added to invoice, unless otherwise specified.

• We ship via UPS, Federal Express, DHL, and Morrison Express

Payment Terms:

• We accept American Express (3% fee for using AMEX), MasterCard and Visa for domestic and international orders.

• Net 30 Accounts:  Net 30 terms will be considered with a minimum of 3 credit references.  The account must always remain in good standing.

• International Orders:  Payment must be made prior to shipment by wire transfer (see next bullet below) or credit card drawn in U.S. dollars.  Customs charges, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Wire Transfer Payments:  Wire payments are accepted but due to the high cost bank fees associated with wire transfer payments, we can not accept payment by wire for orders less than $500.00 USD.  Please use a credit card when placing orders below this amount.

Made to order items may not be returned.

Confirming Orders: Confirming orders are not required on established accounts. Please be sure that all confirming orders are clearly marked "CONFIRMING" , otherwise returns of duplicate shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Blanket Orders: Blanket orders are available. Please call for more details.

International Orders:
We gladly accept international orders.  Prices can be quoted either through our sales desk or your local representative.  All orders should be placed with our sales desk.  Payment must be made prior to shipment by wire transfer or credit card drawn in U.S. dollars.  Customs charges, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Kits: Glemco encourages the use of kits and will gladly quote customization per customer request.  We currently offer 70 kit configurations.  We encourage the customer to use kits to help insure proper rebuilds within the fab.  Scheduled blanket orders are encouraged  so that  shipment coincides  with rebuilds. 

Forecasting (JIT): Glemco is capable of processing forecast information supplied by customers that use specific parts on a regular basis.  This information is crucial when supporting the demands of any given fab.  We constantly monitor individual part usage and stock levels to help minimize lead-times experienced by the customer.  We have over 1,000 different parts in stock and ready to ship.

Discontinued Products:
Items listed in previous catalogs or previously found in the web search, but not currently, may be assumed to be discontinued. Discontinued items can, in some cases, be supplied to order. Please call our sales desk for more information.
